The Neighbourhood of Box Grove is situated in Markham, south of the 407 and just east of Ninth Line. Its eastern boundary is Donald Cousens 
Parkway and its western boundary is Ninth Line. It's a relatively new & high income neighbourhood. Real Estate in Box Grove & neighbouring Cedar Grove are in demand with buyers due to the convenient location & the spacious, newer homes that have been built there recently.
