The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a collaborative tool used by Realtors throughout Canada. In Toronto, member realtors of Toronto's Regional Real Estate Board have access to this real estate listings system, which they can use to perform an MLS Toronto listing search for a client by district. This is essentially a source system feeding other public property listings websites, including Realtor.ca, which is a Canada-wide agent online database of home & condo listings accessible by anyone with web access. Available real estate listings marketed by agents are included here. The two systems are related but distinct. One provides data to populate another - think intranet & extranet.
