Included below are some of the best Scarborough Tridel Condos. Featuring maintenance fees that include all utilities, generous suite sizes, excellent building amenities (including pools), superb construction & shopping/retail & public transit within walking distance, the condos below are the gold standard for this area. This is certainly not an all-inclusive list, but rather is what I consider some of the better options:
situated at the north east corner of Warden & Finch in L'Amoreaux, this luxury condo is a benchmark building in the area & the granddaddy of Tridel's Scarborough Condos. Featuring spacious suites, reasonable & controlled all-inclusive maintenance fees & superb facilities, they are in demand with downsizers from the neighbourhood. With Bridlewood Mall nearby, shopping is walking distance away, as is TTC at Finch & Warden. Completed in 1979.
located in the same complex as the previous building & enjoying the same benefits, this is another exceptional condo, which features all the same unit styles & some even larger units. Completed in 1981.
Ideally positioned at the Kennedy & 401 intersection, this newest development by Tridel is part of the master planned Metrogate community. Consisting of 7 premier high rises, all with Green certification (LEED) & state of the art facilities & amenities, Avani, Solaris, Ventus & Selene are sure to be high demand condos for younger buyers. Currently in the final stages of completion in 2021.
located at the north east corner of Warden & Steeles, just north of McNicol Avenue in Steeles neighbourhood, this is another excellent complex. Boasting unit sizes ranging from 700 sq ft up to & exceeding 1700 sq ft, it is very popular with Asian buyers, as there are several Asian shops within walking distance of this complex including T&T. Pacific Mall is just a little farther away. Completed in 1987.
situated in the same complex as the above 2350 Tridel Bamburgh Circle condo building, this is the youngest of the 3 highrises in this area, & has units very similar to the Skygarden condo complex noted above - features the largest units in this area. Completed in 1987.
Also located in the same spot as the above two buildings, this is the oldest of the three, featuring unit sizes between the above two. Completed in 1984.
This building is one of if not the best of Agincourt condos. Located in a vibrant area close to Agincourt Go Station & Sheppard Avenue. Walmart is walking distance as is Kennedy Public Library. As this building is newer than the Bridletowne Circle condos & Bamburgh Circle condos, it's also inevitably a little smaller, but the units are still a very godo size. Maintenance does not include cable unlike the above locations, but some units have stunning golf course views. Completed in 1992.
Situated in the same spot as the above building, this is the newer of the two buildings. Benefits are the same as above. Completed in 1998.
