Metrogate Condo Unit Information

Unit sizes depend on which of the Metrogate condos one lives in, but in general Solaris (125 & 135) has the largest units, being the oldest. Avani, being the newest, has smaller layouts, mainly with galley kitchens.

Having said that, all the buildings have practical set ups. The smallest 1 bedrooms are in the 400 sq ft range and go up to high 500 sq ft. Units with dens begin at 600 sq ft and go up to the 700 sq ft area. 2 bedrooms start in the 700 sq ft range going up to 900 + for suites with dens. Finally 3 br suites generally have about 900 + sq ft of space.

All of the units have balconies, with some being juliette style. The views can be outstanding depending on exposure & height - with some facing downtown overloooking the CN Tower and others with the lake visible in the distance.

Fees generally include water, but some buildings also provide internet in maintenance. 

Village Green Square Condo Building Amenities 

It varies by building, but all have 24 hr concierge, gyms, party rooms, billiard rms, patios, theatres, balconies and parking, The earlier complexes (e.g. Solaris) have indoor pools.
