125 & 135 Village Green Square (Solaris 1 & 2), 151 & 181 Village Green Sq (Ventus 1 & 2), 255 & 275 Village Green Square (Avani 1 & 2) & 225 Village Gr Sq (Selene) are condominiums located at 401 & Kennedy Rd, close to Kennedy Commons & Agincourt Malls. Having said that, all the buildings have practical set ups. The smallest 1 bedrooms are in the 400 sq ft range and go up to high 500 sq ft.
