About Scarborough's Town Centre
The Town Centre at Scarborough is one of our largest & busiest shopping malls. It was built by Oxford Properties, who still manage it today. There 
are also numerous condos at Scarborough Town Centre, making it a hub for Scarborough
The area houses government offices, a YMCA, a Cineplex coliseum movie theatre complex & several nationwide restaurant chains & groceries. Some examples include Hudson's Bay & Walmart which remain anchor stores.
Other neighbouring stores include Best Buy, Real Canadian Superstore & numerous boutique retailers.
It's a busy pocket, & navigating high traffic & density is a given, particularly with condos everywhere. Scarborough's RT is also there, marking the east end of the TTC subway. Highway 401 is just minutes away, & 404 is also close.
